By accessing and using ABL Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of ABL Marketplace materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Marketplace Rules

For Buyers

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders
  • Pay for purchases in a timely manner
  • Communicate respectfully with sellers
  • Follow return and refund policies

For Sellers

  • List only authentic, legal products
  • Provide accurate product descriptions
  • Ship items promptly and securely
  • Maintain good customer service standards
  • Comply with Kenyan commerce regulations

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Selling counterfeit or illegal items
  • Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Circumventing platform fees
  • Creating fake accounts or reviews

5. Payment and Fees

ABL Marketplace facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We charge a small commission on successful sales to maintain the platform. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment partners.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, ABL Marketplace will mediate to find a fair resolution. Our decision-making process follows Kenyan consumer protection laws and industry best practices.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability

ABL Marketplace acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to deliver products.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
